Never too young for the gym! This program is designed for youth who are interested in learning how to move their bodies and use the gym.

Agility, balance, and coordination (ABC) are essential skills needed to develop athletes and accelerate motor skills.

One workout per week with our coaches for 10 weeks

2:00PM every Sunday. October 20th - December 22nd (10 sessions)

Refund Policy

In the event of a cancellation within 30 days prior to program commencing, there will be a $50 service fee charged for each session cancelled.

No refunds will be made after program commencing and credit for future camp(s) may be awarded in the event of a medical situation and written report provided from family physician.

2024-25 SRA IN-SEASON TRAINING (2x/week)

15 weeks of training designed to keep you strong and conditioned throughout the season.

Sessions Include:

-Mobility and resiliency to combat soreness.

-Strength training

-Speed and endurance to keep the edge over your opponents.

Two workouts per week (30 sessions)

Schedule:

Sunday's at 1:00pm

Tuesday's at 4:00pm

SRA Fitness will build you a training program to use at your home, local, school, or team gym to help you attain your fitness goals.

Each program purchased will be approximately 4-6 weeks in length. We use an app that helps log your exercises to track your progress along the way.

Training experience is recommended. However, we are happy to work with anyone.
